Backroom is intended to work with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, high contrast and reduced motion.
Our approach
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across core public and account journeys. Accessibility is an ongoing service requirement rather than a claim that every screen is perfect.
What we test
We test keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and labels, colour contrast, text resizing and reflow, touch targets, reduced-motion preferences and errors that do not rely on colour alone.
Known limits
Some third-party content, generated material or older authenticated screens may not yet meet the same standard. Where a material barrier is identified, we will prioritise a practical alternative or fix.
